Joanna, first time pass with an almost perfect drive.
When I first started learning to drive with a different instructor, I hated it. I was convinced it just wasn't for me and honestly ready to give up. Then I found Lindsay and everything just clicked. From day one he was so patient and calm, which just made such a difference. He never made me feel stupid for messing up — that actually mattered more than I can explain. I had zero confidence and was genuinely scared. Even just driving down the street felt massive. And the speed thing was a nightmare - I couldn't handle it at all. Now I can actually drive on the A1, manage my speed properly and not be in tears about it. That felt impossible a few months ago. He uses the LDC system so every lesson is structured with proper goals you set together. It's not just "drive here, turn there" - he explains why everything matters and it actually sticks. Plus he adapts to how you learn, so it never feels like pressure. I'm just way less anxious now. When I mess up I don't spiral about it, I just keep going. I'm honestly a different driver to the person who almost quit. And I passed my test with basically a faultless drive. A month ago I didn't think that was even possible.
